3 ways to stop hair loss naturally


1. Take proper diet every day. 

Always take a proper diet. Because the main reason of our hair loss is lacking of some vital nutrients. And lacking of some vital nutrients in our body means consuming of improper diet. So for healthy hair always take a proper diet. Proper diet means the diet which contains all types of nutrition and vitamins witch is very beneficial for our body. The most important nutrition for our body is Protein. Some of the common sources of protein are: Eggs, Milk, Soyabean, Meat, Fish etc. So always take a proper diet.

2. Eat Amla daily. 

Amla is the most important food for hair growth. It contains a very essential fatty acid, that will help to strengthen hair follicles, and giving our hair strength, shining and lusture. Amla oil is also play a very important role for hair growth. If you massage your scalp with amla oil it will helps boost blood circulation. Amla is also a very good source of vitamin c that is very important for hair. It also contain Iron and carotene that helps to stimulates hair growth.

3. Apply onion juice on scalp. 

Applying Onion juice on scalp is one of the most effective method for growing thick hair. The main reason of hair loss is lacking of Sulphur in our body, and due lack of Sulphur in our body our hair starts fallen. So onion juice contains hair in a very high amount which helps to stop the hair loss, also enhance the circulation of blood in our scalp. So the method of applying onion juice are:-
So first you have to take onion juice, then you have to applied that juice on your scalp for 30 minutes, after 30 minutes you have to was your scalp with shampoo. So follow this step at least 2 or 3 times in a week it must reduces your hair fall.

4. Drink lots of water. 

Water is very essential for human bodies. No one can survive without water. Water helps to remove toxic waste from our body. Water keeps our body hydrated. Water also helps in a digestion of food. So friends just think if food doesn’t digest in a proper manner then our body and hair can’t get nutrition, so this cause hair falling. So must drink 8 to 9 glass of water daily.

5. Hot oil massage. 

Hot oil massage is also a very effective way to reduce our hair fall. So first take any oil like (coconut, Almond, or Amla oil) then slowly massage your scalp with the help of your finger tip. It will help to to increase the circulation of blood in your scalp. It also help to strengthen our hair. Hot oil massage also reduces our hair fall.

6. Apply alovera juice and neem paste on your scalp. 

This is also an excellent method to reduces a hairfall. Because alovera and neem is very good for our hair.

Procedure to make a alovera juice and neem paste are:
1. Mix neem powder with alovera juice and add 3 to 4 drops of Coconut or Almond oil.
2. Apply that mixture on your scalp and leave it for 30 minutes.
3. Wash your scalp with shampoo.
Follow this steps 3 to 4 days in a week it will must reduces your hairfall.

7. Avoid junk food. 

If you wanted a healthy and thick hair, then you have to avoid junk food. Junk food directly affect on our health. Junk food contains so many unhealthy species that leads to make our health bad, and cause hairfall. So try to avoid junk food. And if you love junk food very much then Only eat junk food one time in a month.

8. Take proper rest. 

It is important for everyone to take a proper rest. Rest reduces the stress of our body, and it helps to living a healthy life. Proper rest is also very important for healthy hair. If you doesn’t take a rest properly then your hair losing its strength and started falling. So friends must take a proper rest about 7 to 9 hours in a day.

9. Apply green tea into your hair. 

Green tea contains anti-oxidants, which is very essential for hair, and it Leads to prevent from hair loss and also helping in hair growth. Procedure of Applying green tea are:-
1. First brew 2 bags of green tea in 1 cup of water. And then left the tea for slightly cooling. Then after its cooling apply it to your hair.
2. Leave it for 30 to 60 minutes, then rinse your hair thoroughly.

10. Avoid the using of gel or wax. 

Friends try to avoid the using of gel or wax. Gel or wax is not good for our hair because it contains so many ingredients that is very harmful for our hair. Gel causes our hair loss and also makes our hair grey. So friends never use gel or wax for a daily purchase. You can use gel or wax in a parties.
